Kathleen was terrific through our purchase experience. Our experience was a little different, in that, we were purchasing a vacant lot as opposed to a home, which was a new experience with a lot of learning curve throughout. Kathleen was on top of any issues or questions that came up throughout the process, and took a couple of situations that could have easily become very frustrating or discouraging (nothing to do with her, just the land purchase process in general) and helped us to get resolution quickly and prevented them from becoming issues.
